Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery for unused items that are in their original packaging, undamaged, and not broken. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain authorization and further instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where items are faulty, damaged upon receipt, or if an error occurred in the order fulfillment process by Index Catering.

Refund Process

Upon receipt of the returned items and verification that they meet our return policy criteria, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe to the original payment method used during the purchase.

We offer free delivery for orders exceeding £100 within our specified delivery areas. This applies automatically at checkout for qualifying orders.
